Declaration Against Antisemitism

I hereby declare:

Antisemitism is a stain on humanity—an age-old hatred that has fuelled violence, discrimination, and genocide. It has no place in any society that values justice, equality, and human dignity.

We, the undersigned, stand united in absolute opposition to antisemitism in all its forms—whether it manifests as hate speech, violence, discrimination, or the denial of Jewish history and identity. We reject the distortions that seek to delegitimize the Jewish people, including the falsehoods that deny Israel’s right to exist as the ancestral homeland of the Jewish nation.

Antisemitism is not merely a threat to Jews; it is a threat to the moral fabric of every society. History has shown that hatred left unchallenged does not remain confined—it spreads, corrupts, and destroys. From the pogroms of Europe to the horrors of the Holocaust, from the resurgence of antisemitic conspiracies online to attacks on Jewish communities worldwide, this hatred continues to endanger lives.

We call upon governments, institutions, and individuals of conscience to:

• Condemn and combat antisemitism—whether it appears in political discourse, academia, media, or the streets.
• Hold accountable those who incite or enable antisemitism, ensuring that hate crimes are prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
• Educate future generations about the Holocaust and Jewish history, ensuring that the lessons of the past are never forgotten.
• Defend Jewish communities and individuals from harassment, intimidation, and violence, affirming their right to live openly and proudly in their identity.
• Reject the demonization and delegitimization of Israel, recognizing that anti-Zionism often serves as a modern guise for antisemitism.

We pledge to speak out, to stand firm, and to never be silent in the face of hatred. The fight against antisemitism is a fight for the very principles of democracy, freedom, and human rights.

The Jewish people have endured millennia of persecution yet have remained unwavering in their contributions to civilization, culture, and justice. Today, we affirm that they will never stand alone.
